Il y a quelques jours je suis tombée sur ça : :thumb361789134:, ma photo salement amochée, agrandie à la hache, avec des pixels plutôt très voyant....La mienne
Je laisse donc un mot à la demoiselle lui expliquant, qu'elle a utilisé ma photo sans permission, qu'elle veuille donc bien la retirer.... La demoiselle me répond qu'elle ne l'a pas prise sur ma page....bref, s'ensuive quelques messages en privé (pratique avec google en traducteur) , pour finir elle me dit que je suis un trou du cul, et d'aller me faire voir...
Je décide donc de faire un rapport auprès de deviantart qui décide de sortir la photo avec un avertissement...elle me renvoie un mail me disant que comme elle n'a pas pris l'image sur ma page, en gros, ça ne compte pas....et me demande de prouver ma bonne foi...je lui envoie donc la photo...et elle republie la photo ! non mais je rêve !
Au final, déviantart enlève à nouveau la photo publiée et m'envoie un mail quelques jours après pour me signifier que la demoiselle fait une contre attaque et demande la restauration de la photo....je n'en reviens pas:

Je prouve donc à DA que la photo est bien ma propriété, en envoyant les autres photos de la série, et je reçois un mail de déviantart pour m'expliquer que si je ne l'attaque pas en justice il ne peuvent rien faire !
En gros, vous vous faites voler un image, traiter de trou du cul, et autres, et vous recevez un mail de DA qui dit:
"What you do not understand is that when we receive a counter-notification we are legally obligated to restore the removed content unless you initiate a court action- we have no other option available to us. "
"Ce que vous ne comprenez pas, c'est que lorsque nous recevons une contre-notification, nous sommes légalement obligés de restaurer le contenu supprimé, sauf si vous lancez une action en justice, nous n'avons pas d'autre option disponible pour nous."
Si vous avez un soucis débrouillez vous !
Je trouve ça honteux.... pas tant le fait qu'elle ait pris la photo sans la demander, mais que cette petite merdeuse ignorante des lois puisse me prendre de haut en me disant d'aller me faire voir !
Finalement, DA donne raison à ce genre d'individus qui ne respecte pas notre travail, bien sur que c'est peu de chose une photo manipulée, mais ils devraient au moins supprimer son profil pour marquer son désaccord avec ce genre de pratique.....
"Cette photo n'est pas votre propriété, elle appartient à Christine Amat" et si vous colliez ça sur sa page ?
